What are my shipping options?

You can either have your order shipped to your home address (shipping fees may apply, see below) or pick up your order at the Embassy of the Free Mind at a scheduled time with us. In the latter case you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. Our address is Keizersgracht 123, 1015 CJ Amsterdam.


What are your shipping fees?

The Netherlands

Shipping costs are €2.50 within The Netherlands and free on all orders over €20, or when you pick up your order at the Embassy of the Free Mind.

Europe

You may be charged a shipping fee for orders below €25, ranging from €7.50 - €15.00 depending on the weight of the package. All orders over €25 are shipped free of charge.

World

You may be charged a shipping fee for orders below €100, ranging from €7.50 - €30.00 depending on the weight of the package. All orders over €100 are shipped free of charge. Help save the environment and order together with friends!

Please note that due to the coronavirus the arriving of post is taking longer than usual. You will receive a tracking code once your order has been registered at the post office in Amsterdam. Once you've received this e-mail you can be assured your order is on its way to you. Orders to the US may now take up to 1-2 months unfortunately. We are practicing patience ourselves and hope the situation will soon be better again! Our apologies for the inconvenience. 


When will my order ship?

Preparing your order for shipping can take from 1 to 3 business days. You will receive notification including a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


Which countries do you deliver to?

Anywhere you live, all over the world! From remote islands to busy cities, we make sure our products will reach you.


How do I track my order?

Once your order is registered at the post office in Amsterdam you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to follow your order. Using that number combined with your zip or postal code you will be able to follow the parcel from Amsterdam to your home via www.internationalparceltracking.com. Please make sure you’re home when your order is scheduled to be delivered, or it might end up being returned to us by the postal services in your country without warning.


What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return and exchange your items within 14 days after purchasing. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. See our full refund and cancellation policy here


How do I cancel or change my order?

Please send us an email at webshop@efm.amsterdam mentioning your order number and which item(s) you would like to cancel and why. We will get in touch with you about refunds and returns.

I own a business and would like to sell your products. Do you have a special arrangement for me?

Certainly! Just send us an email at webshop@efm.amsterdam telling us where you’re based, what you would like to order, for which purpose and we will be in touch with you shortly.


I see you’re selling items like posters and notebooks, but why don’t you sell … ?

We’re always open to suggestions and feedback on items you miss in our shop. Send us an email at webshop@efm.amsterdam telling us what item you’re missing and you will help extend our range of products!
